Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Secure Practice AS ("Company") for the use of the MailRisk add-in ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
License Grant
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this EULA. This license is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.
Use the Software in any manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Updates to the EULA
The Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company's website. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
